Last week I made the “7 days positive challenge" by be-healfit and it was so much fun! I thought it would be great to stick to this positive feeling and start the new week with this “7 days self love challenge”!
WHAT IS THIS CHALLENGE ABOUT?
I think we all could need a little more self love in our life! Society tells us if we love ourselves, we are cocky and arrogant. It’s so hard to be “yourself” in a world where everything or everyone who is a little “different” gets shut out. So lets celebrate “our different” together and advance our ability to love ourselves!
I will post the challenge for each day and all you have to do is: take a little time to make the exercise and tag your post with #annalearnstoloveherself. Other lovely people taking part in this challenge can find your posts and I can reblog them, so we can get inspired from each other!
